Introduction.

RG Jan Kalyan Samiti (Welfare Society) is an association of buyers of the under construction RG Luxury Homes complex, and is registered as a “society” under the Society Registration Act, 1860. It is an association of members that is representative of all the flat owners and is striving to work for the betterment of and for dealing with any issues that may be faced by all 1915 flat owners.

Objectives of Society:

• The main objective of the society is to highlight and put forward the grievances and difficulties faced by the members who have bought flats in the “Complex”, to the respective government and non government departments, offices etc in an appropriate and prescribed manner in order to seek resolution thereof at the earliest.
• To conduct and organize various social, cultural and welfare activities for the general well being of the members.
• To try to bind the people of the area in the thread of healthy social living and to try to solve the problems that arise.
• Organizing and hosting social events, religious festivals, important national days and events, conferences, seminars and other related programmes with fervour, in accordnace with rules.
• To render all possible service to the committee members and to try to resolve any dispute through mutual dialogue/peaceful manner.
• The society is not associated with any RWA or AAO. No maintenance fee/money charge etc. will be taken by the society.

• As of 31/3/25, We had a total 9 towers, namely A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and M. These towers had a total of 1915 flats.
• In Feb 2024, we have received OC of towers A, B, C and M, a total of 854 flats.
• Around 400 members have taken their keys and more than 300 families are already living in these flats in the above mentioned 4 towers.
• Over 250 flats are ready for possession and the buyers will soon get/take the keys.
• In Nov 2024, we got OC of tower D, E and F, having a total of 600 units.
• 3 families have already shifted in flats in F tower.

• To get OC of tower G and H, which is to be applied in April 2025.
• To get builder to complete podium and club with all promised facilities,
• To do Audit of maintaince account
• To build sankat mochcan Mandir in society
• Give keys to all 1915 families in all 9 towers.

The society is also working towards getting clearances / permissions for constructing a beautiful sankat mochcan Mandir in the complex for all members and their families.
